Delete your Treasure Shot account
This page explains how to ask us to delete your account and data in the Treasure Shot app (Android package com.treasureshot.OBClientAppFinal). The app is published by Touch Won and Subsidiaries, the developer listed on Google Play.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@touchwon.com with the subject "Delete my Treasure Shot account".
- Include the phone number on your account, and your username or Clan code if you know it.
- To protect your account, we will check your identity before acting on the request, usually by matching information we already have, such as your phone number.
- We will email you when the deletion is complete.
You don't need the app installed to make a request.
What we delete
- Your account: phone number, username and password.
- Your link to the Clan code (the operator group) you joined.
- Your gameplay, balance and activity records.
- Crash and diagnostic data tied to your account.
What we keep, and for how long
- A record of your deletion request, kept as long as needed to show we handled it and as required by law.
- Information we must keep by law, or to prevent fraud or settle a dispute, kept only for as long as that reason lasts.
- Copies in server backups, until they are overwritten in the normal course.
- Data that has been combined or de-identified so it no longer identifies you.
How long it takes
We complete deletion within a reasonable time after confirming your request, unless the law requires us to keep the information.
Information your operator holds
The operator who owns your Clan code can see your account in its portal. Once we delete your account, it is removed from that portal too. If the operator saved your information somewhere else, contact the operator directly.
